ELD Architecture is seeking a talented Architect / Architectural Designer and Interior Designer with strong design skills and attention to detail to join our team. Applicants shall have 5-10 + years of relevant experience working on custom residential projects.  The new team member will support projects throughout New England helping our firm continue its growth trajectory. • Registered Architect or pursuing licensure
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suites in a professional office required; Enscape a plus
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under supervision

• Proficiency in graphic design and construction technology
• Construction knowledge of materials and methods
• Ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously

Job Description

• Support in all phases of architectural design
• Produce working drawings, 3D models, and renderings
• Prepare accurate and coordinated documents with the project team
• Research construction details, codes, and materials

Interior Designer

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of construction documents and millwork drawings and details
• Experience with hi-end vendors and resources
• In depth knowledge of furniture, lighting, design materials, and industry standards

Job Description

• Support in all phases of architectural and interior design
• Create construction drawings sets including floor plans, finish plans, reflected ceiling plans, electrical plans, interior elevations
• Assist in the selection process of tile, lighting, plumbing, hardware, etc., ensuring they align with the project’s design direction and client requirements
• Create and maintain design schedules such as lighting, finishes, tile and stone, etc.
• Procurement: request quotes, create proposals & purchase orders
• Coordinate and assist with installations & scheduling
• Administrative office tasks and marketing support
• Assist in visiting vendors and showrooms to collect samples and review material options
• Materials library maintenance
