About

ELD Architecture was formed by Erika Dodge in 2018 to provide thoughtful, site specific design with an emphasis on custom residential projects throughout New England. ELD strives to create a collaborative and interactive process between Architect, Client, Consultants, and Builder throughout the project.

We strive to create a collaborative and interactive process between Architect, Client, and Builder through every project.

Erika Dodge, AIA, LEED AP

Erika’s passion for architecture began at a young age and she followed her passion to pursue her undergraduate studies and Master of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. During her time at Wentworth, Erika studied in Berlin, Germany, interned at firms in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and was a 4-year member of the Women’s Soccer team.

Erika has 15 years of professional experience and has practiced at firms in Maine, Vermont, and California. Erika’s love for the mountains brought Erika and her husband Luke to Tahoe City, California where she was able focus her career on custom residential design while working at Walton Architecture and Engineering. Erika and Luke returned home to the east coast and chose to settle in Vermont to pursue an idyllic live-work-play lifestyle close to family. Erika and her husband designed and built their home in Morristown, Vermont. In her spare time, Erika enjoys skiing, hiking, running, and spending time with her two young children and Golden Retriever.

In 2022 Erika was recognized as one of New England Home Magazine’s 5 Under 40 winners.

Erika is a licensed Architect in:

Vermont, New Hampshire, and New York, NCARB certified, and a LEED AP.

Allison Stoltze, LEED AP

Allison comes to ELD with a diverse background, having worked on projects ranging from home renovations to large public schools in both design and construction settings.  Allison particularly enjoys working closely with clients to focus in on details of program, spaces, and construction, and is very interested in ensuring each project is built with sustainability and efficiency in mind.

Having graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology, with a Master of Architecture, she started her career working as a sustainability coordinator for a commercial contractor outside of Boston, MA.  A few years later, she relocated to Boulder, CO where she worked surveying National Park buildings and writing National Park concession proposals.  Allison eventually moved back to the east coast where she has focused her career for the past 9 years on architecture and design and has worked for firms in both Massachusetts and Vermont.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her husband and two kids, as well as staying active mountain biking, skiing, running, and hiking.
